I know most of us tend to have pretty crazy mornings, so I wanted to put together some of my favorite healthy breakfasts that are easy and can be prepped the night before. Making meals the night before seriously makes such a difference in morning routines! I work a full time job that I have to be at by 7:00 AM and with an 8 month old that I have to get ready as well, I don’t have much time to think. Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day – I absolutely can’t miss it! For this reason, I like to prepare my breakfasts the night before so they are ready for me to grab and go in the morning. It’s one less thing to worry about.
