Review | PCA Skin Ideal Complex Revitalizing Eye Gel

Hello, hello!

I’m always changing up my skincare routine. In part because I get bored, but also because I feel like my skin gets immune to products if I use them too long. I was provided the PCA Skin Ideal Complex Revitalizing Eye Gel through Brandbacker for review. This product claims to treat dark circles, puffiness, fine lines, wrinkles and sagging eyelids. I really struggle with keeping my skin radiant if I don’t keep up with my skincare routines, so I love products that liven my skin up!

Adventures in BLW | First Foods

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted about baby led weaning! I did an intro post about BLW back in January, so you can find that here if you’re interested in learning more information about what BLW is and why I chose to do it. We have been doing great with solids for about 5 months now. It’s so hard to believe my little fella is 11 months old! I’ve started planning his first birthday party… What!? Anyway, I wanted to make this post to talk about some of the first foods we tried at 6 months old. Since I was really nervous about feeding him solids at first, I wanted to keep it as simple as possible.

MAKE Beauty | Review

Hello, hello!

Today I’m so excited to be reviewing the MAKE Beauty Silk Creme Lipstick in Taffy and Matte Finish Eyeshadow in Alabaster! I was lucky to be sent this sample through BrandBacker free for review. I love the vision of the MAKE Beauty company – they believe everyone should embrace their vision of beauty (whether that means all out colorful makeup or simple neutral makeup). MAKE is made in New York City, is paraben-free and never tested on animals. 10% of sales are donated to the We See Beauty Foundation, supporting women-led, worker-owned cooperative businesses across the Americas! How incredible is that? You can find out more information about the company and browse all their products here!

5 Favorite Mommy Apps | iPhone and Android

Hello, Hello!

If I am being completely honest here, when I first became a mom I felt so lost! I was always filled with questions about my baby – mostly about his health and milestones, but several other things as well. I’m serious, the questions were endless… That’s when I began my search for the perfect baby apps. I’ve downloaded countless apps in the 10 months of my baby’s life and narrowed it down to my 5 favorites! Listed below are the most helpful, user friendly apps that I’ve come across and fell in LOVE with. I’ve included some screen shots of the apps to give you an idea of what some of the features look like. I really don’t know how mom’s did it before technology.

10+ Easter Basket Ideas | Baby Boys

Easter Basket 2

Hi there!

With Easter right around the corner, I wanted to share what I plan to put in an Easter Basket for my 9 month old! I could have easily over done it here, but I wanted to keep it really simple. I love Easter because it usually means the weather is warming up and we will get to play outside more! Hallelujah!

There’s really not much better than getting outside after a long, cold winter! It just feels so cleansing.

PS: The peeps are for the adults in the house – Mommy and Daddy.
